Muay Thai keeps your body strong, your kicks sharp and your heart pumping. It’s an intensive workout that includes Shadow Boxing, 3-5 rounds of padwork with a trainer, heavy bag punching and clinching. Muay Thai provides an intense cardio workout and strengthens all muscle groups in the body.

Functional Circui Training

Functional Circuit Training alternates different muscle groups – go hard with one muscle group while the other rests. The fast-paced class incorporates exercises such as burpees and star jumps with weight training, kettlebell swings and overhead press for maximum results.
